should have said dont forget to drink the mix in the tupperware at the end. contains cd proteins which is the purest form of protein. very good for weight lifters. also a healthy diet for those looking to lose weight. to fully enjoy i recommend blending the cd into a nice shake.

Yes test with some other DVDs. Also contact samsung to see if updated firmware is available for your player. Earlier players had some compatibility issues that can be cleared up with an update. In some cases they can send a disk with the updated firmware.

Other than that, try a shorter HDMI cable. If possible also try the player on another TV with HDMI to make sure it's not something with the TV.

It should have been in the case. If you bought it used, the first owner might have kept it. If you bought it new, bring it back (everything) to the store with the receipt, and exchange it for a new copy.
