Second, there is the monthly contract which may offer lower call rates – but it will require you to agree to a long-term contract. This can be a minimum of 12 to 18 months.

1. Choose a brand first, Nokia, SE, Motorola, Samsung all these brands are quite reliable. If I set my eye on not so reliable brands I'd do more research. Then browse through their all phones list and click the features I would want a phone to have, then I choose the one with the best design.
2. Watch Youtube videos on how the phone works, is it slow? hows the size etc.
3. Price is a major factor also… hehehe…
4. I will never listen to what my friends say about that phone. As long as I like it, I will buy. I am stubborn hahaha. But I will listen to them if they own the phone I want and they tell me their opinions about that phone. I hate opinions like "Buy this phone, nice, don't buy that phone cuz the brand is not famous (eg LG)"
I PHone, I have dubbed mine mini Mac!
.-Videocalls..?
You gotta be kidding me…!!
this is the most overated phone ever
no, it’s jus 100 times better
I would also recommend the G1, I have one myself, but you would have to have an internet plan with it. So might as well put Blackberry in one of your choices if you wanna go that route.
That's about it if you want good texting. Sidekick is the best in that department, and then there are the smart phones and gravity. You can check out the Blast, it's the next best thing compared to a keyboard. If you don't mind a virtual keyboard, check out the Behold.
DKY
Damn, your’e way behind
Its the best phone for me…
There's no doubt, the G1 is a better phone, as you may already know the G1 has the first google OS (android) which means there will be many free apps that's developed by anyone can be used on the G1, motorola zine has none of that.
