1. Choose a brand first, Nokia, SE, Motorola, Samsung all these brands are quite reliable. If I set my eye on not so reliable brands I'd do more research. Then browse through their all phones list and click the features I would want a phone to have, then I choose the one with the best design.
2. Watch Youtube videos on how the phone works, is it slow? hows the size etc.
3. Price is a major factor also… hehehe…
4. I will never listen to what my friends say about that phone. As long as I like it, I will buy. I am stubborn hahaha. But I will listen to them if they own the phone I want and they tell me their opinions about that phone. I hate opinions like "Buy this phone, nice, don't buy that phone cuz the brand is not famous (eg LG)"
