Go to Power Options in the control panel. You will find all the choices there. Power off, sleep, hibernate, stand by, etc.

Go to help to read about the various options. You can have a complete power off. You can have a mode that stores memory and powers off for a quicker startup. You can have a mode that just puts it in low power mode which starts up almost instantly. I use the last.

Upgrade to Windows Vista.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-vista/get/default.aspx

Sounds like your just trying to add the client of a XP PC to a VISTA PC network with your other computers, this doesn't matter if you have more computers, but it sounds to me liker trying you convert XP TO VISTA. All your client information will follow.

true, but only for a short time. as soon as you put anything in the water (like a motherboad) the water will become contaminated.
and it's not really the particles, it's any dissolved minerals in it.

Water, clear H2O also does not conduct electricity so you might as well use "clean water".

it would probably take a long time to heat it up and I am guessing that it would be released over time so as long as you turned off your computer every night like you should, it would be fine heat wise.

I cannot speak for the philippines, but in the United States, there is no license for any of the above. It is an experience driven industry which changes very fast.
